McGregor serves as President and Treasurer of City Venture Group, Inc. and has been a licensed Real Estate Broker in Texas since 1983. Prior to forming this company, McGregor directed real estate acquisitions for Payless ShoeSource over Texas, Oklahoma, New Mexico, Arkansas and Puerto Rico. His firm has also represented Eckerd’s, Weiner Stores, David’s Bridal.

Kevie comes to the firm with over 18 years of management and sales experience in commercial real estate management and leasing, portfolio management and banking. Kevie has managed various Real Estate Departments with a $1.5 billion portfolio in the Southwest Region for companies such as Staubach Company and FDIC. Currently he is working exclusively with Payless ShoeSource and DOTS in finding specifics for their needs in the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex.
